Around the Champs-Élysées, there are plenty of trendy bars. Don’t be surprised by some of the excessive prices though – it is due to the decor and location of these places.
In the restaurant Buddha Bar, you can enjoy a unique cocktail in the middle of an astonishing Indian temple decor, complete with a giant statue of a Buddha.
Sir Winston is somewhere a little quieter, with bookcases full of old books and exotic furnishings. The customers here are a mix of business people and young hipsters who enjoy drinking whisky and original cocktails.
Another must in the district is Chez Régine, the perfect place for party-goers for generations. In the early evening, the bar and club has an after work feel to it, especially on Thursdays with their well-known night La French, that attracts top DJs.
