Since 2017, Maison Fleuret - The Baking School has been teaching the essentials of French pastry and bakery in a playful and warm atmosphere!
The workshops, located in the heart of Paris, in the historic neighborhoods of Le Marais, Saint-Germain-des-Prés, and Notre-Dame, recreate immersive environments inspired by memories of travel and childhood, with the ambiance of family gatherings and the flavors of yesteryears, while transmitting traditions and expertise. They are designed and equipped to allow the elaboration of professional quality pastries, in a recreational atmosphere.

With over 15,000 attendees each year, Maison Fleuret is a must-do for culinary workshops, and offers five recipes: "Croissants," "Macarons," "Éclairs and Choux," "Baguette," and "Mille-feuille/Napoléon," all French classics to easily learn in a typical and friendly setting!
