The Jules & Jim hotel is a gay-friendly boutique hotel tucked away in the bohemian Marais district. It is named after the François Truffaut film, starring Jeanne Moreau. The hotel has 23 rooms with carefully selected, customized decoration. Each room has a backlit Hi-Mac shell around the bed, creating a relaxing cocoon. Run by two young tourism professionals, G. Sciard and A. Brault, the hotel is set in an 18th-century building, on rue des Gravilliers, which was formerly a factory for treating precious metals.
