Located in the heart of the emblematic Saint-Germain-des-Prés district since 1910, the Lutetia has been the artistic hub for illustrious twentieth century artists such as Ernest Hemingway, Josephine Baker and Pablo Picasso. Following a complete renovation and restoration under the direction of renowned architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte, the new Lutetia (reopened in May 2018) combines heritage and modernity. It has 184 rooms, including 47 suites with 7 Signature Suites and two Penthouse Suites, opening onto a private terrace with a panoramic view of Paris. The hotel also boasts a 700 m² spa with a 17-metre long swimming pool. The Lutetia also offers dining areas such as the Salon Saint-Germain and the Orangerie, an exclusive cigar space, as well as the spectacular Bar Aristide. At the helm of the Lutetia brasserie is the starred chef Gérald Passedat.

- Motor disability: car park with disabled spaces, floor-level entrance or ramp, lowered reception desk with leg room underneath, adapted toilets with grab rail and sink with hollowed out space underneath, 5 adapted rooms including en-suite with floor-level shower (with foldable or moveable seat) and sink with with hollowed out space, dining room with aisles wider than 1.4 m and tables with room for a wheelchair.
- Visual impairment: glass doors with contrasting designs, no head-level obstacles in the corridors, stairs with tactile and visual cues before the first step down and handrails, lift with adapted keypad (buttons with raised text or braille) and speakers to announce floor numbers, signs in large font at reasonable reading height.
- Hearing impairment: online booking and payment on the website, fire alarm accompanied by flashing lights.
- Mental disability: trained staff, easily-understandable and -readable signs with accompanying images, entrance monitored and visible from the main reception.
