The service Accès Plus Transilien
Accès Plus Transilien is a free service providing information and assistance to people with reduced mobility. It is available on the entire Île-de-France Transilien network. If you are a person with a disability and have a valid ticket, you can use the service with or without the assistance and travel guarantee at no extra cost.
