The service Accès Plus Transilien
Accès Plus Transilien is a free service providing information and assistance to people with reduced mobility. It is available on the entire Île-de-France Transilien network. If you are a person with a disability and have a valid ticket, you can use the service with or without the assistance and travel guarantee at no extra cost.

Would you like to book assistance or obtain information? The Assist'enGare national booking platform is at your disposal:

- By telephone in France by dialling 31 12 every day between 8am and 8pm (free call whatever the operator, including mobiles) or from abroad by dialling 09 72 72 00 92 every day between 8am and 8pm (price of a local call).
The RogerVoice service remains available.

Disability

Now available in more than 350 stations, this free SNCF service has been available since 1 October 2009, for every person holding a disability, priority or car park card, for those who in possession of a war pension card and those who arrive at the station in their own wheelchair.
