Nice service. Great monument.

Half of the exhibits were closed at the time of my visit.
This is after my purchase malfunctioned and bought 2 sets of 2 tickets. After reaching out regarding the error I was immediately told "No Refunds - thanks".

Horrible customer service considering I emailed about the mistake seconds after the purchase error. This issue mixed with the museum being half closed during my visit warrant 1/5 stars.

I had purchased this visit and all our (my wife and self) other visits to museums, monuments and events during our 5 days stay in Paris on line through this portal. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. No holdups in any form anywhere during any visit. This visit was very fulfilling and completely satisfying, mainly for history and culture lovers like both of us. I certainly recommend to use this portal for the bookings.

Estuve buscando la mejor opcion para comprar tiquetes para Musée de l'Armée Invalides y Paris Je T'aime ofrecio excelentes precios pero yo creo lo mas importante es que no es un scam, hoy en dia navegar por el internet es una aventura, pero despues de pagar recibi los tiquetes y estamos listos para disfrutar de esa hermosa ciudad que fascina a todo al mundo. Gracias Paris Je T'aime por hacer esta experiencia algo que nos da paz.
