The Laiterie de la Chapelle produces its cheeses in a traditional way and is committed to using short, local distribution channels. The cheeses are made from raw cow's milk from the French Vexin regional natural park, 35 kilometres from Paris. The workshop and the maturing cellar are visible from the street behind glass windows. In the shop, you can buy products made on the premises: Paris cheeses (La Chapelle, Dormoy and Pajol), yogurts and cream products. A delicatessen corner offers a selection of artisanal products direct from the producer. Tomme-making workshops are also available.
