24 rue de la Grande Truanderie - 75001 Paris
Châtelet - Les Halles
A popular restaurant in Les Halles district, this historic establishment was created in the 19th century by Normandy-born Alexandre Pharamond. You can enjoy quality French - and in particular Norman - cuisine at affordable prices. The signature dish is tripe ‘à la mode de Caen’. The place has retained its, now listed, unique early-20th century decor: wood panelling, painted mirrors and glass paste. Recommended by Gault & Millau.
