Élisabeth and Christian Valette run both a farm in Laguiole and Le Maison de l'Aubrac restaurant in Paris in order to provide flavourful regional gastronomy giving pride of place to Aubrac beef straight from their Aveyron farm. Come and taste some local cuisine in the heart of the Golden Triangle, a stone's throw from the Champs-Elysées. Aligot, Laguiole cheese, Farçous, and of course the star of the show, Aubrac beef.
