From September 9, 2026, the world's most Michelin-starred chef will showcase her talent at the Fondation Cartier pour l'art contemporain on rue de Rivoli. Named Anne-Sophie Pic Paris, this new address promises total immersion in her singular culinary universe. Set in Jean Nouvel's architectural jewel box, the restaurant was designed by the Moinard Bétaille agency to create a bridge between culinary creations and artistic views. The chef deploys her philosophy here, proposing the original and complex combinations of flavors for which she is world-renowned. As a prelude to the gastronomic table, the Utopic signature bar opens its doors on September 4, 2026. Accessible via a dedicated entrance on rue de Marengo, this space extends the experience through a high-flying mixology, designed in perfect harmony with the chef's culinary identity.
