Michelin-starred chef Rostang is a major figure in Parisian gastronomy. In his restaurant in the 17th arrondissement, Dessirier, he focuses on seafood. The Oyster Bar (next to the restaurant) is very popular with fans of oysters and other shellfish who come to sample the delicious seafood to eat in or take away.
