_The Seychelles in Paris … The proprietor of Coco de Mer has succeeded in transforming a restaurant into an artificial beach of fine sand featuring Seychelles gastronomy. Cuisine features traditional regional dishes: terrine of blood sausage, crab nems, Cajun chicken, free-range chicken with coconut and curcuma, etc.
