The Clown Bar is located in the former pump room of the Cirque d'Hiver, situated close by. In surprsing decor (classed as a listed building) composed of ceramics of clowns, the Japanese chef makes good little dishes done in a true bistro tradition. A "must" of the bistronomy of Haut Marais.
