Connoisseurs come to A Mi-Chemin to savour the excellent couscous dishes prepared by chef Nordine Labiadh, who is of Tunisian origin. He has even published a book on the subject. Alongside couscous, the menu showcases traditional French cooking based on seasonal produce, and the wine list features natural and organic wines. The unusual decor is inspired by the chef’s childhood memories of Tunisia. The restaurant was voted Best Couscous in Paris and Second Best Couscous in France in 2020 by the TV food show Très Très Bon.
