Built in 1912 by Gustave Eiffel for his own research, this laboratory is the oldest aerodynamic test laboratory still in operation. An exceptional technical unit for studying the movement between an object and the air is housed in a steel-framed hangar. This unit consists of an impressive wind tunnel with electric motor, and control and measurement equipment used by the engineer. The Eiffel wind tunnel is a listed monument.
