This is a major art event in the heart of the Les Halles neighborhood. After being loaned for a temporary exhibition in Nantes, the famous bronze triptych “The Life of Christ”-the final work by American contemporary art icon Keith Haring, created just before his death in 1990-has returned to its historic home at the Church of Saint-Eustache. The monumental work is once again on display in the Saint-Vincent-de-Paul Chapel. The chapel has recently undergone a major restoration carried out jointly by the City of Paris and the World Monuments Fund (WMF), restoring the wall frescoes surrounding this contemporary masterpiece to their former glory. This is the perfect opportunity to rediscover this unique dialogue between historical heritage and modern art.
