In an atmosphere that is festive, militant and inclusive all at once, the LGBTQIA+ Pride Parade, or Paris Pride, brings together thousands of people every year to defend equal rights, celebrate identities and demand visibility for LGBTQIA+ communities
In June 2026, Paris will host another edition of the Lesbian, Gay, Bi, Trans, Intersex, Asexual, and Queer Pride Parade-also known as Paris Pride or French Pride-organized by Inter-LGBT. More than just a parade, it is a powerful political statement, a moment of unity to demand equal rights, fight against discrimination, and amplify the voices of gender and sexual minorities. The colorful parade will bring together associations, unions, collectives, and supportive citizens in a festive atmosphere punctuated by floats, activist slogans, music, and performances. When the parade arrives at Place de la République, the celebration continues from 4pm to 10pm with the Pride Parade’s main stage. Hosted by Le Filip and his guests, this major free event features over 6 hours of concerts, drag performances, DJ sets, and inspiring speeches. The lineup features an exceptional cast of key figures from the queer scene, including Keïona, Piche, Madame Arthur’s troupe, Lolla Wesh, Montemarco, and Tonya Loren. This march is part of a tradition of activism, following in the footsteps of the Stonewall Riots (1969), and caps off a Pride Fortnight filled with events throughout the capital. It also coincides with the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia, and Biphobia on May 17, reaffirming the urgent need to defend fundamental rights.
