A retrospective of photographer Camille Vivier, who captures the beauty of the female form, is on view at the Maison Européenne de la Photographie

From 10 June to 13 September 2026, the Maison Européenne de la Photographie (MEP) will present the first major retrospective dedicated to French artist and photographer Camille Vivier. For more than 25 years, the artist has navigated the space between fine art photography and fashion commissions, exploring the blurred boundary between the living and the inanimate. Through nearly a hundred works (silver gelatin prints, digital prints, Polaroids, and previously unseen installations), the exhibition unveils her fascinating work on the representation of the female body - notably her poignant portraits of female bodybuilders - in dialogue with sculptures, anthropomorphic objects, and biomechanical settings that blend bodies and machines. A visual journey that is at once sensual, sculptural, and enigmatic.
From 11am to 8pm. From 11am to 10pm on Thursday. From 10am to 8pm on Saturday and Sunday. Closed on Monday and Tuesday.
From €13. Reduced rate: from €8.
