THEATRE/CONCERT HALL

L'Olympia Bruno Coquatrix

28 boulevard des Capucines - 75009 Paris Opéra - Grands Boulevards
Situated between the Place de l'Opéra and Place de la Madeleine, the Olympia Bruno Coquatrix concert hall is a mythical venue; it was the first music hall to open in Paris, in 1893. The first big star to appear on stage here was La Goulue - the famous cancan dancer of the late 19th-century. Since then, top French and international stars have appeared in succession: Edith Piaf, Joséphine Baker, the Rolling Stones, the Beatles, Madonna … and many others! The Olympia also stages numerous stand-up comedy shows.
