This town house in the Art Nouveau style was built between 1909 and 1912 by the architect Hector Guimard, a leading figure of this artistic movement. His architecture agency was on the ground floor. On the first and second floors were the family’s living quarters, and on the third floor the studio of his wife, who was a painter. The listed facade (made of stone and brick) is designed with curved forms and bow windows with rich floral decoration.
