Every first Thursday of the month, the Cité de l'Économie opens its doors free of charge from 7pm to 10pm and invites you to a unique evening of lectures, meetings, shows, games, flash presentations... An evening at the museum to talk about the economy in a different way.
Open Tuesday to Sunday, 2pm to 6pm (until 7pm on Saturday). During zone C school vacations: Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 6pm (until 7pm on Saturdays).
Citéco offers a wide range of educational activities, including guided tours on heritage, the economy and sustainable development, as well as workshops on a variety of themes (creation of comic strips and banknotes, introduction to coding and artificial intelligence, etc.) to stimulate the creativity of children and teenagers aged 6 to 16.
Lastly, visitors can take part in eco meetings during their visit to the museum. These discussions or games, initiated by a Citéco mediator, allow them to explore an economic topic in a fun way.
Inform Café is open from 9.30am to 5.45pm, nestled in the heart of the museum's turret area.
English, Spanish
The tour, which focuses on both heritage and economics, is available in three languages (French, English and Spanish). All digital devices encountered during the tour are also available in these three languages. Maps are available free of charge to make it easier to find your way around. Mediators are also on hand to talk with visitors and help them discover the museum.
Citéco has developed a number of initiatives in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility, formalized in the form of a charter. We have integrated this approach into our event venue offering: through a guide to best practices and benefits, we support customers wishing to organize eco-responsible events.
