THEATRE/CONCERT HALL

Chaillot - Théâtre national de la Danse

1 place du Trocadéro et du 11 Novembre - 75116 Paris Trocadéro - Passy
Chaillot – Théâtre National de la Dansei s the story of a venue that is an exceptional jewel of art deco converted into a showcase for the arts. By programming international choreographers and renowned companies as well as supporting creative artists, Chaillot has established itself as one of the leading venues dedicated to dance in Europe.
Chaillot gives pride of place to creation, both to established and avant-garde artists: grand ballet, contemporary dance, hip-hop, flamenco... The diversity of productions in one or other of its spaces enables young and old, experts or casual spectators, to discover new dance experiences. Shows can be seen here, dance performance can be experienced too: with Chaillot à tout instant, a series of 'extras' enable the audience to experience much more than just a show: meetings with the artists, workshops, dance evenings, film screenings, and more.
