This hôtel particulier, which once played host to the artistic avant-garde of the 1920s, is pursuing its tradition by exhibiting contemporary works by Baccarat. These creations are in perfect harmony with the vision of Alain Ducasse, who envisions the venue as a space for creative culinary inspiration. In collaboration with Christophe Saintagne and Robin Schroeder, the cuisine served at the Alain Ducasse Baccarat gastronomic restaurant is an invitation to take a culinary journey. Emphasis is placed on the quality of the products, respect for the seasons and a dash of audacity to surprise the taste buds.
The interior decor at Maison Baccarat is as impressive as the food. Crystal lights, original wood panelling and works of art create a refined atmosphere. Entirely renovated, the ballroom is perfectly suited to hosting 120 guests in cocktail reception configuration or 80 for a sit-down meal. Painted by the Neapolitan master Francesco Solimena, the 18th-century decor creates a regal atmosphere worthy of the splendours of Versailles. For a private event, tailor-made menus are carefully devised to offer each guest a unique experience.
