It is possible to shop at a market almost anytime and in almost any area of Paris! In fact, the capital has over 80 markets in its different neighbourhoods. Whether specialized, covered or open-air, the markets are popular places with Parisians. And you do not have to be an early-riser! Some are open in the afternoon, even all day. Markets offer a wide choice of fresh and organic produce, with fruit and vegetables, meat, bread… for example at the Batignolles or at the Raspail market. Shopping baskets at the ready!
