Special rates

Vehicles adapted (class 2) for the transport of people with disabilities benefit from the cheaper class 1 tariff. To benefit from this, on arrival at the toll booth, the person must call assistance using the intercom.

Facilities and services offered

Many rest areas and service areas are designed with adapted facilities and services for people with disabilities and offer services adapted to all needs (disabled access spaces, shop, telephone, etc.). Accessible toilets are available in almost all areas.

At all service stations, people with disabilities can ask to be served by a petrol pump attendant.

In the event of a breakdown or accident, if the person is alone in their vehicle and if the orange emergency phone is inaccessible, they can dial 112 on their mobile phone to call for help. In this case, it is important that the person can give as much information as possible about their location.

If you prefer travelling by road to by air or rail, there are coach companies serving Paris and the Paris region. Choose a Paris je t'aime partner company to travel to the capital with total confidence. For example, BlaBlaCar Bus offers one wheelchair space per vehicle, to be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
NB: before booking, we advise you to contact the bus company regarding the accessibility of their vehicles.Find out more:
