When is my pass activated?
Your pass is automatically activated when you use it for the first time. It is scanned at the entrance and remains valid until the date indicated above your QR code.
When can I start using the services included in my Paris City Pass?
On the day of your choice! The Paris City Pass is valid until the date indicated above your QR code and you can activate it on the day and at the time of your choice.
Where can I find the activities I have already used?
Go to ‘my pass’ and ‘history’. There you will find details of the activities you have already used (date and time). You can also view the activities included in your package in the ‘Activities’ section of the ‘My Pass’ page: once you have used all the activities available in the selection (e.g. 2 activities of your choice from a group of activities), the group of activities will be greyed out and the ‘Activity(ies) used’ information will be updated with the number of activities used.
Can I change or cancel an activity once the time slot has been booked?
This depends on the service. Some partners allow changes or cancellations, others do not. You will find this information for each service booked. For the ‘Eiffel Tower’ service, your request must be sent directly to our customer service team. If your request is made less than 48 hours before the service, no cancellation or change is possible.
Can I link several Paris City Pass passes on my app?
You can link several Paris City Pass passes on the same app. To do this, go to the ‘Info’ page and click on ‘Link another pass’. Enter the number of the Paris City Pass pass you want to link or scan the QR code on the pass to add it.
Is the Paris City Pass personalised?
No, the Paris City Pass is not personalised, which means that you can lend it or give it to someone else. However, only one person can use it at a time, and it can only be linked to one phone. If you change your phone, contact us.
Is the Paris City Pass exchangeable or refundable?
No, once booked, the Paris City Pass is neither exchangeable nor refundable. However, as it is not registered to a specific person, you can easily lend it or give it to someone else. Please note that no compensation will be given in the event of non-use or partial use. If you purchased it from a partner, please contact that retailer directly.
