Hotel Rosalie opened its doors in May 2022, with 60 rooms decorated by architect Marion Mailaender and a garden where guests can enjoy brunches every day from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Committed to the Responsible Investment Principle launched by the United Nations to limit its environmental impact, the Rosalie hotel is in the process of obtaining the Green Key label, the first sustainable tourism label, to go beyond what current ecological realities impose on tourism players.
This is why the hotel selects its suppliers for their responsible commitment.
From breakfast to lunch, we offer ethical and responsible cuisine: the head chef has developed each recipe and makes her purchases with a conscience.
Hotel Rosalie keeps a secret: on the 3rd floor of the hotel is a garden where nature reclaims its rights, accessible only to hotel guests for reading, strolling or sunbathing.
