Saemes' mission is to design, build and manage safe, modern and welcoming parking lots in Paris and the Ile-de-France region. Saemes currently manages over 63 parking lots, including 31 public parking lots in Paris.
Take advantage of these parking lots to park near the most beautiful monuments and in the most sought-after neighborhoods. The Quai Branly - Tour Eiffel parking lot lets you visit the Musée du Quai Branly, the Eiffel Tower or take a cruise on the Seine with the Bateaux mouches. The Madeleine parking lot, located under the Place de la Madeleine, takes you directly to the Madeleine church or the Olympia.
Most of our public parking lots also have elevators that open directly onto the street and are accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The Val d'Europe Serris Montévrain parking lot takes you to Disneyland Paris by RER in less than 10 minutes.
Saemes is also the first parking operator to have been awarded Environmental Management certification (ISO 14001) and to have opened an Opendata portal.
A host of services are available, including car washing, payment by TotalEnergies card, payment via Liber-t, helmet lockers for motorized two-wheelers and even the option of reserving your parking space in advance!

Sustainable approach

As Saemes is committed to providing all its customers with the best possible service, all Saemes residential and public parking lots are ISO 9001 certified for operation, management, maintenance, renovation, construction, security, cleanliness and the development of complementary services.
In December 2011, Saemes became the 1st parking operator in France to receive ISO 14 001 Environmental Management certification. Recognition of its daily commitment to reducing the impact of its business on the environment, successfully renewed in 2015, 2020 and November 2023. For several years now, Saemes has been committed to reducing its environmental impact. Protecting the environment through the management of energy, waste and natural resources, and the eco-responsible behavior of its personnel, is an essential component of its organization.
In 2022, Saemes renewed the European CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) label, initiated by CEEP (European Centre of Employers and Enterprises providing Public Services) with the support of the European Commission. This label aims to encourage companies in the European Union to develop best practices in Corporate Social Responsibility, whether they concern governance, innovation, external communication or social cohesion.
