Saemes is dedicated to designing, building, and managing safe, modern, and welcoming parking facilities in Paris and the Île-de-France region. Saemes currently manages 63 parking facilities, including 35 public parking facilities in Paris.
Take advantage of these parking facilities to park near the city’s most beautiful landmarks and in its most sought-after neighborhoods. The Quai Branly–Eiffel Tower parking garage allows you to visit the Musée du Quai Branly, the Eiffel Tower, or take a cruise on the Seine with the Bateaux Mouches. The Madeleine parking garage, located beneath Place de la Madeleine, puts you right next to the Madeleine Church or the Olympia.
Most of our public parking garages also feature elevators that open directly onto the street and are accessible to people with limited mobility.

The Val d’Europe Serris Montévrain parking garage allows you to reach Disneyland Paris by RER in less than 10 minutes.
Saemes is also the first parking operator to have been certified for Environmental Management (ISO 14001) and to have launched an Open Data portal.
A wide range of services are available, such as car washing, payment with the TotalEnergies card, payment via Liber-t, helmet lockers for motorized two-wheelers, and even the option to reserve your parking spot in advance!

Sustainable approach

Since Saemes is committed to providing all its customers with comprehensive services, all Saemes residential and public parking facilities are ISO 9001 certified for operations, management, maintenance, renovation, construction, safety and cleanliness oversight, and the development of complementary services.
In December 2011, Saemes became the first parking operator in France to be certified under the ISO 14001 Environmental Management Standard. This recognition of its daily commitment to reducing the environmental impact of its operations was successfully renewed in 2015, 2020, and November 2023. For several years, Saemes has been committed to reducing its environmental impact. Protecting the environment through the efficient management of energy, waste, and natural resources, as well as the eco-responsible behavior of its staff, is an essential component of its organizational culture.
In 2022, Saemes renewed its European CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) certification, initiated by the CEEP (European Centre of Employers and Enterprises providing Public Services) with the support of the European Commission. This certification aims to encourage companies in the European Union to develop best practices in social and environmental responsibility, whether in the areas of governance, innovation, external communication, or social cohesion.
