Saemes is dedicated to designing, building, and managing safe, modern and welcoming, car parks in Paris and the Paris region.
Saemes manages more than 65 car parks including 26 public car parks in Paris.
Take advantage of these car parks to park near the most beautiful monuments and in the most popular areas. The Quai Branly-Eiffel Tower car park you can visit the Quai Branly Museum, the Eiffel Tower or take a cruise on the Seine thanks to the Bateaux mouches.
Most of our public car parks have lifts which open directly onto the street and are accessible for persons with reduced mobility.
Park at the Val d'Europe Serris Montévrain car park to reach Disneyland Paris by RER train in less than 10 minutes.
Saemes is also the first parking operator to have been certified Environmental Management (ISO 14001) and to have opened an Opendata portal.
Many services are available, such as the washing of your vehicle, card payment TotalEnergies, payment via Liber-t, repair kits, helmet lockers for motorcyclists and even the possibility to book your parking place in advance!

Sustainable approach

Saemes is committed to providing all of its customers with a high level of service, all of SAEMES' residential and public car parks are ISO 9001 certified for operation, management, maintenance, renovation, construction, security, cleanliness and the development of additional services. In December 2011, SAEMES became the first car park operator in France to be certified ISO 14001 Environmental Management. This is recognition of its daily commitment to reducing the impact of its business on the environment, and has been successfully renewed in 2015 and 2020. Saemes has been committed for several years to reducing its environmental impact. Protecting the environment by controlling energy, waste and natural resources, and by ensuring that its staff behave in an eco-responsible manner, is an essential component of its organisation. In 2022, Saemes renewed the European CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) label, initiated by the CEEP (European Centre of Employers and Enterprises providing Public Services) with the support of the European Commission. This label aims to encourage companies in the European Union to develop best practices in terms of Corporate Social Responsibility, whether they concern governance, innovation, external communication or social cohesion.
