Measuring 18 metres long and 3 metres high, the MUR 12 regularly hosts performances by French and international urban artists. The Mur 12 is an opportunity to discover street art and to promote dialogue between the public and artists. It is an initiative of the association Cicero, supported by the town hall of the 12th arrondissement. It was inaugurated by the artist Theo Lopez on 8 April 2017 and was inspired by the MUR Oberkampf in the 11th arrondissement.
