G7 Access

Launched in 2004, the G7 Access fleet now comprises more than 600 vehicles adapted for non-folding, van-type wheelchairs and fitted with an access ramp. This dedicated service provides people with disabilities with a reliable, safe and appropriate transport solution, both for immediate demand and in advance. The G7 Access fleet is available on immediate request and by reservation via our G7 Taxi application and the g7.fr website, as well as via a dedicated call number for people with disabilities +33 (0) 1 47 39 00 91 with specially trained telephone advisers.

Opening times and prices

The price of the fare is identical to that of a classic taxi, calculated according to the prefectural pricing applicable in all Parisian taxis no matter what kind of vehicle it is.

Services

Adapted vehicles
More than 600 vehicles with access ramps such as the Mercedes Viano, Ford Tournéo Connect or Volkswagen Caddy, and more than 2,000 estate vehicles with a low floor for people with reduced mobility who can transfer or do not require an access ramp.

Disability

- Physically disabled: the fleet of "Access" vehicles includes some 100 vehicles equipped with electric ramps which make it easier to access the taxi from the road or pavement. Chauffeurs have all received awareness training on different types of physical disabilities at the Garches hospital.
- Sight impaired: guide dogs allowed, drivers are trained to help passengers with sight impairments.
