I order the tickets, I then realised I'd selected the wrong day. The email support was brilliant and I got the day changed for no extra cost.

Excellent! A little bit of a que to initially get through the security gate. We were allowed to use the lift to gain access to the viewing deck - staff were very friendly and helpful. The views are incredible!

Very good although our visit was cut short because there was a military event taking place and we were ushered away.

Great view from the top! Actually you can experience a historical document by walking up the stairs. Access was coordinated very good

We loved our visit! The Skip-the-line tickets allowed us entrance at any time we wanted on a particular day which was very convenient. They didn’t include a guided tour so we did some research on the significance of the Arc before we went. The views exceeded any expectations I may have had. Quite spectacular!

I highly recommend the Arc de Triomphe Skip-the-line Tickets! We went in the early evening and it was so easy to get through. The views were incredible and I got some incredible photos. Definitely a great way to see Paris - from above!

Arc de Triomphe is always a must, when I am in Paris.

We were happy with the flexibility of the ticket so we could go whenever we wanted. It worked out perfectly as we wanted to climb to the top at night. It was easy to get in and there were not a lot of people at the top.

Everything was top notice, easy access with an elevator. Be careful stepping around at night.

this is a very enjoyable experience . It is exciting to look down and see the traffic on the roundabout. The views of Paris are outstanding

Well administered. A great view. The signage at street level could be improved and increased. We missed it and crossed the traffic which was scary.

What a piece of history the this monument is. In the middle of the large traffic circle it was so wonderful to walk around with so much uncrowded space, a rarity in Paris. The Unforgotten Soldier Memorial Flame is so poignant on this eve of the D-Day celebrations. The climb up was slow but gave you pause to think while going up. The information platform gave a great history and over view of what this place is about and what it's legacy is. And when you finally reach the apex, what incredible views from up top the Arc de Triomphe.

The view was amazing! These tickets allowed us to skip the line and did not require choosing a time slot to enter so we could go at any time that day. I liked this feature since it provided convenience.

Our guide met us on time and exactly where he was supposed to be. It was very informative and told us a lot about the site—- fabulous experience.

Great views but if you don’t like heights or walking up lots of steps to reach the top think twice.

Was great just to walk on by the ticket office and head right to the line to get up the stairs.

I had purchased this visit and all our (my wife and self) other visits to museums, monuments and events during our 5 days stay in Paris on line through this portal.
