The tour was very easy to book, it was extremely easy to find, being well signposted at the address quoted on the ticket and the tour itself was highly enjoyable. The champagne and butter shortbread biscuit were great.

Evening cruise is magnificent!

Fun experience, but I would skip it if I went back. Friendly staff and you get a unique view of many sights along the Seine. Maybe a good options for someone with limited time in Paris or who doesn’t want to walk to the sites along the river.

People at the office were very nice.

Tour was pleasant.

We were disappointed in that the sound system really couldn't be heard. The water is not a good place to see Paris. There are only a few monuments that can be seen. I was aware of that but thought I might be surprised. I was disappointed. I would not recommend someone doing this tour as it is of marginal value.

The tickets were reasonably priced and easy to purchase. We didn’t want to go on a long tour and listen to a lot of information. We sat on the bottom section and enjoyed the relaxing ride down the Seine.

Fácil para chegar. Sem filas. Perfeito. Comprei para um dia e fui em outro, pois no dia escolhido choveu o dia todo. Cheguei, fiz a leitura do código do ingresso e esperei o horário para a partida. Nao precisou falar com nenhum funcionário para fazer alteração de dia.

I think I would have rather got the bus rather than the boat! It was too fast and I could not see the buildings or hear properly about the history. For the River, best to get a dinner/sunset cruise maybe.

Unclear how to use the audio guides - no obvious instructions.

Using the QR code to link to the website was OK until it requested something re location and it could not play the commentary. Information on the website on the principal buildings etc. we passed on the cruise was good.

The commentary by the guide on the boat was helpful but spasmodic.

I would have liked more information when I booked the ticket (Tourist Office at Gare de Nord). For example to bring the airpods. Now we had to listen to the guide from the loudspeaker. It was very difficult to hear what he said and his english had a strong french accent.
Seine and surrounding buildings are beautiful.

Our one hour boat cruise on the Seine River was relaxing and just what we needed on our final afternoon in Paris at the end of our one-week vacation. My husband often uses a wheelchair but on this occasion, decided to use his two canes. It was a good choice as it was much easier to get around on the boat using the canes than it would have been with the wheelchair. Nevertheless, the staff very graciously allowed us to wait in the disabled area, with a bench, until it was time to board the boat. We were able to sit near an open window on the main level. We did not attempt to go to the upper level. The three members of our party were all impressed by the linguistic skills of the narrator who described the sites in French, English and Spanish. Well done!

Ce jour là une envie me prendre de faire un tour de notre belle capital, en bateau ! malgré le fait que je suis moi même parisien l'envie peut être de la voir sous un autre angle depuis la Seine me pousse à passé le cap et embarquez pour cette croisière d'une heure...
Tout c'est bien passé les touriste étant présent, on à le droit à un florilège de discussion dans différentes langues, c'était un bon moment... les chahut des enfants pas dérangement au contraire rendait la chose plus animé, il s'enthousiasmait à chaque fois qu'on passait sous un pont.
Au delà de sa une application permets d'avoir les commentaires en temps réel j'avais pensé que c'était commenté directement par un guide non, c'est désormais au travers d'une application qui commente en plusieurs langue.
à refaire mais cette fois peut être sous la formule "diner et croisière" avec Madame

Très beau moment! La croisière vaut le coup, en particulier vers 19h car les monuments / ponts sont illuminés, c est magnifique. Armez-vous de patience, il y a beaucoup de monde, mais le personnel est hyper efficace et les renseignements sont clairs. Un magnifique souvenir en famille

Online Bestellung war problemlos, die Wartezeit von ca 20 Minuten akzeptabel, die Fahrt auf der Seine entlang den Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr schön, allerdings hat man die Ansagen und Kommentare aufgrund der Geräuschkulisse nicht verstanden!

Rien à dire, très simple pour notre commande, facile d'ajuster l'heure de la croisière car les tickets ne sont pas réservé pour des créneaux précis.

Die Flussfahrt an und für sich war gut und interessant aber die Anlegestelle des Schiffes zu finden war nicht so einfach. Meiner Meinung nach stimmt die Position auf der Karte nicht mit der wirklichen Position überein.

Très belle croisière sur la Seine. Dommage que nous n'avions pas eu beaucoup de commentaires sur les monuments présents sur le bord de la Seine. Il faut penser aux personnes qui ne sont pas trop à la pointe de la technologie

Top, très sympa, dommage que la Seine été en crue nous n'avons pas pu faire l'ensemble de la croisière.

il n'y avait aucune possibilité de rester dehors car la zone était fermée, la machine à café était en panne, la vue depuis les sièges intérieurs n'était pas possible en raison de la présence de personnes à l'extérieur.
