Reviews Transport in Paris with a pre-loaded Navigo Easy Pass

We inadvertently went to the offices of JeTaime instead of the places where tourists make questions. We were very courteously greeted by two people. When we explained we were rather lost, they generously sat with us at their company’s conference table and showed us the interactive maps on line, gave us both maps of the city and of the metro system and made sure we understood these resources. They sold us metro cards and explained how the system worked. It was a brief 15 or 20 minutes of helping us to get around. We were very grateful for their help. Thereafter, at all times knew where we were and visited all the places we had planned to go to. Our trip was splendid.
We certainly look forward to returning to Paris in future.

Amazing service an very convinient

I ordered 15 tickets (carnet with 10) by post to Germany so that I could have them directly on arrival. The process was straightforward and the tickets arrived on time. Great! Unfortunately, one participant fell ill and didn´t come with us and I would have liked to return the surplus ticket, but this was not possible, I was only told that it was valid for 10 years. I can see room for improvement here.

It came earlier than scheduled which helped a lot

Navigo card is easy to use on bus, RER or Metro. You save a little money but not a lot, with the 10 ticket pass, which reduces the fare from $2.10 to $1.70. Sure is convenient to have so many ways to get around with just 1 card.

Ordered the Navigo Easy Pass to be delivered to our hotel in Paris. It was already there by the time we checked in. The pass was easy to use and great for not having to purchase individual tickets.

Perfect service! Although there were some problems with the delivery, they acted perfect and solved it all very quickly! We will for sure be back soon!

The information I received when I paid directed me to Stop 24 to pick up the pass. It was far more convenient to check at the Hotel de Ville location, so I did. And I received the pass quickly.

I appreciated having the option.

Customer service at the Paris Tourist Office at the Hotel de Ville is always "World Class." And on this visit it was no exception: the gentleman who gave us our Navigo Easy Passes was kind, courteous, professional, and patient when answering all our questions!

I arrived in Paris on the Eurostar from London. I wasn't sure how to use the Paris Metro. The lovely woman at your office helped me buy a Metro digital card. She helped me in English. I would have been helpless down in the Metro station as they changed from paper tickets to digital cards. Thank you so much. A life saver. I hopped right on the Metro to my hotel lickity split.

Very convenient way to get Metro tickets and the staff at the tourist office was very helpful.

We have visited Paris perhaps 17 times since 1959. It’s one of my husband’s and my home places. The Pass Transport helps my 87 year old body to get around, and still Paris is a superb walking city. We still like discovering new places to explore. Salut!

I'm a native New Yorker, though I haven't been on the NY subways for ten years since I don't live there any more. I found the Metro super easy, totally reliable, comfortable and quiet. The buses were fine too.

Big improvement over having to buy tickets individually or in packets like the past. Easy to purchase and reload.

Once stuck in the machine, but help was available at the station.

The person we spoke to at the tourist office was extremely warm, helpful and courteous. We came away with a really useful complementary guide and maps of the city and the metro, all of which were invaluable throughout our visit.

Préciser sur le site que la date choisie est la date de réception des pass pas celle de leur utilisation. Si c est écrit alors le mettre en plus gros.

Visite de Paris 2 nuits 3 jours je trouve les Parisiens très accessibles pour un renseignement. Dans les transports à plusieurs reprises offre de places assises par contre les chauffeurs de bus refusent le paiement du trajet en espèces donc trajet gratuit
