We had a lovely visit

Easy to use the site to purchase tickets to Versailles. The palace was beautiful and well worth the visit, however the rooms were very crowded and made the experience feel very rushed. The gardens were well kept, larger toilet blocks especially for ladies would help.

Everything went smoothly in spite of the crowds over the Easter week-end. Versailles never disappoints!

A wonderful place. Enjoyed it totally. So much history through its first 3 centuries.

Great experience!

We loved our visit. The best part was walking through the immense gardens. The palace is beautiful and awe inspiring. We are glad we visited while still in our sixties as we had the ability to climb all the stairs with ease.

My experience was very good. I had noMy experience was very good. I had no problems.

Ordering tickets was simple. The organisation to enter Chateau was good. Website said bags had to be deposited but not the case.
Long walk to Grand Canal and the 2 Trianon. Hire a buggy is best option. More buggies and more frequent Petit Trains and better signage on access to these would help.

It was wonderful tour at the Chateau de Versailles. The time slot was well organized and in order.

Massive and grand establishment! Would need 1 whole day to fully explore this place. Unfortunately when we were there, there were a few places that were closed off like King Louis rooms and another area which was ashamed.

Its worth seeing especially for its jardin but interiors are fully recommended too, inspiring, historic lesson. Entering proceed smoothly.

Absolutely loved Versailles!! It was a pretty smooth entrance and didn’t take very long. They are well organized and ensure you’re in the proper admission line. Can’t wait to go back and walk more of the gardens, they were spectacular and we really enjoyed picking up a lunch to go, complete with wine, to have a picnic in the garden. There’s so much to see you can’t possibly do it all in one day.

We had to wait for about half an hour, although we had tickets for a certain timeslot. Then the place was overcrowded.

I had purchased this visit and all our (my wife and self) other visits to museums, monuments and events during our 5 days stay in Paris on line through this portal. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. No holdups in any form anywhere during any visit. This visit was very fulfilling and completely satisfying, mainly for history and culture lovers like both of us. I certainly recommend to use this portal for the bookings.

Please add possibility to rent golf cart, use mini train, possibility of free access by bicycle to free areas, and car parking suggestions. Further need to mention access to exhibition that once missed not possible to return to

Very disorganised entrance and crowd control. Unable to enjoy the smaller rooms for the crowd- on a Friday morning at 9.30 am! Terrible refreshment facilities- we walked into the town to get a coffee afterwards after 20 minutes in a non moving queue.

L'acquisto e il ricevimento dei biglietti è stato molto agevole; non ho gradito il cambio di orario, visto che l'entrata è stata posticipata dalle 13,30 alle 15,30, troppo poco per visitare il castello; inoltre l'afflusso di pubblico è troppo alto; bisognerebbe limitare gli ingressi, ogni ambiente era pieno di gente, limitando la possibilità di una visita agevole.

Es hat alles gut geklappt. Man kommt aber tatsächlich nur ab der Uhrzeit rein, die man gebucht hat. Dazu werden Schilder aufgestellt (z.B. 11:30 Uhr), vor denen sich dann eine lange Schlange mit Wartenden gleicher Einlasszeit bildet. Ist man früher da (z.B. ca. 30min), steht man vorne in der Schlange, sonst (weiter) hinten. Die Rucksäcke usw. gehen dann durch eine Durchleuchtungs-Anlage, danach ist man endlich drin. Wenn sehr viel los ist, ist das Ganze wie eine große Einbahnstraße, in der es kein Zurück gibt: Schloss EG, dann Schloss OG, dann Garten (riesig), dann Exit. Was uns auffiel: die zig Garten-Fontänen wurden erst im Lauf des Tages Stück für Stück aktiviert. Unsere erste Runde durch den riesigen Park war quasi „vergebens“, denn Fontänen wirken natürlich erst richtig, wenn Wasser fließt. Also waren wir mehrmals an den wichtigsten Stellen im Garten, um unsere Fotos von „trockenen“ Fontänen durch schönere mit fließendem Wasser zu ersetzen. Zum Personal: trotz des Riesenandrangs meist höflich, manche sogar richtig nett. Aber alle(!) immer(!) hilfsbereit. Was immer hilft: versuchen, etwas Französisch zu sprechen (ich hatte in der Schule keine gute Note in Franze und rede (mit Erfolg), wie mir der Schnabel gewachsen ist). Wenn man dann noch höflich(!) fragt, werden sogar Dinge möglich, die sonst nicht gehen.

Es hat mit der Online-Bestellung sehr gut funktioniert und auch vor Ort war es gut organisiert.

Alles lief ohne Probleme.

Die Anreise mit der Metro und der Regionalbahn war problemlos. Mit der Navigo Easy Karte für die Zonen 1-5 musste kein zusätzliches Ticket gekauft werden. Mit der Eintrittskarte von Parisjetaime war der Zutritt zu den Gärten und zu dem vereinbartem Termin zum Schloss ohne Wartezeit möglich. Das Schloss Versailles muss man gesehen haben.

Der Besuch von Schloss Versailles gefiel uns sehr gut.
Natürlich waren wir zur falschen Jahreszeit in Paris, um auch die Parkanlagen richtig genießen zu können.
