Bonjour! 5 days in Paris was absolutely amazing! I made the mistake of purchasing tickets from someone else and it was a scam. Paris je'taime had the perfect site tickets with the dates I needed. Simple ordering process and tickets for printing or phone download.
I strongly recommend everyone to use them vice anyone else.

I booked Museum d’Orsay ticket through your Site as it was not possible to book directly from that museum’s website. The electronic ticket was very informative with barcode, easy for verification of admission. Musee d’ Orsay has plenty of collections for impressionists which I could not find in British National Gallery/ NY Metropolitan Art Museum. And there’s special exhibition on October 14 2025 ( the day of my visit) which I enjoyed very much. In future I will spend 2 more days for d’Orsay just like what I did for Louvre visit.

Buying admission tickets in advance helped considerably. The information available on the Paris je t'aime website was also very helpful regarding travel on the metro. Thanks.

We were able to buy a ticket to the Musée d’Orsay half an hour before going in even though they were already sold out on the official Musée d’Orsay website.

Easy to use. We found tickets that were not available in other portals.

I was able to purchase tickets that were “sold out” everywhere else, including the website for more than one specific museum. Each time I received the digital e-tickets within moments of completing the order. I will use parisjetaime.com again on our next trip to Paris.

We booked the tickets online one week ahead of our trip. Everything worked out really well, we got in exactly when we were booked. Everyone was very helpful and friendly everywhere.
Stunning temporary exibitions in Orsay and Orangerie.

All tickets were purchased with ease, we went to one venue and they had a work stoppage that day, contacted help and were able to go the next day, but the tickets were good for a year from purchase. Will use again

The ticket buying experience was very easy and once at the museum, the entry had no issues. We didn’t have to stand in line.

Efficient process and stress free entry into the museum and exhibition

The Orsay offers one of the best art experiences in the world. It is fabulous. I advise using Paris je T'aime to book in advance of your visit to avoid long queues.

Brilliant plan to repurpose this stunning train station into a museum.
Found some of my favorite impressionist artists. This was a fabulous addition to my visit to Paris.

Excellent reception and people are smiley, nice and really welcome. We got the information and the help we needed and more 😃.

The Louvre is a 5 star activity - it is a magnificent collection of the world's art.
The non-art issues- like functioning elevators- are less well handled.
It's still magnificent.

What a relief that there was a possibility to buy a ticket in advance to The Orsay and that it was not too difficult for us seniors...! The final standing in queue at the site went well.

entry into the museum was exactly at the scheduled time, wonderful museum

Relatively easy to access but poor directions. We had to practically force the attendant at the door to scan our tickets, i.e. anyone could have walked in. Which begs the question: what was the point of actually paying for this, beside contributing to the Museum, which we are happy to do.

The estimated timeline was off by almost 2 hours.

I was so happy to get this at the last minute, only ten hours in advance. We only had to queue outside for about twenty minutes. Once inside we were able to buy extras like the virtual reality experience. The museum and the VR experience were the highlight of our 3 day trip to Paris. Thanks

Very smooth

I had purchased this visit and all our (my wife and self) other visits to museums, monuments and events during our 5 days stay in Paris on line through this portal. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. No holdups in any form anywhere during any visit. This visit was very fulfilling and completely satisfying, mainly for history and culture lovers like both of us. I certainly recommend to use this portal for the bookings.

Museé D'Orsay queue was well organised but the information inside the venue was crap. Exhibitions, when finally found, were great however. The Louvre was an absolute nightmare - queuing was a joke - no information and very little information inside. Absolutely disgusting! Very expensive. Give it a miss! Not worth the bother - go to the British Museum or the Victoria Museum instead.
