I was able to purchase tickets that were “sold out” everywhere else, including the website for more than one specific museum. Each time I received the digital e-tickets within moments of completing the order. I will use parisjetaime.com again on our next trip to Paris.

Staff in the office near Eiffel Tower were excellent.

We booked the tickets online one week ahead of our trip. Everything worked out really well, we got in exactly when we were booked. Everyone was very helpful and friendly everywhere.
Stunning temporary exibitions in Orsay and Orangerie.

All tickets were purchased with ease, we went to one venue and they had a work stoppage that day, contacted help and were able to go the next day, but the tickets were good for a year from purchase. Will use again

The ticket buying experience was very easy and once at the museum, the entry had no issues. We didn’t have to stand in line.

Efficient process and stress free entry into the museum and exhibition

The Orsay offers one of the best art experiences in the world. It is fabulous. I advise using Paris je T'aime to book in advance of your visit to avoid long queues.

Wonderful impressionism exhibit!

Didn’t see all as they were closing but was nice

Brilliant plan to repurpose this stunning train station into a museum.
Found some of my favorite impressionist artists. This was a fabulous addition to my visit to Paris.

Excellent reception and people are smiley, nice and really welcome. We got the information and the help we needed and more 😃.

The Louvre is a 5 star activity - it is a magnificent collection of the world's art.
The non-art issues- like functioning elevators- are less well handled.
It's still magnificent.

What a relief that there was a possibility to buy a ticket in advance to The Orsay and that it was not too difficult for us seniors...! The final standing in queue at the site went well.

Relatively easy to access but poor directions. We had to practically force the attendant at the door to scan our tickets, i.e. anyone could have walked in. Which begs the question: what was the point of actually paying for this, beside contributing to the Museum, which we are happy to do.

The estimated timeline was off by almost 2 hours.

I was so happy to get this at the last minute, only ten hours in advance. We only had to queue outside for about twenty minutes. Once inside we were able to buy extras like the virtual reality experience. The museum and the VR experience were the highlight of our 3 day trip to Paris. Thanks

Very smooth

I had purchased this visit and all our (my wife and self) other visits to museums, monuments and events during our 5 days stay in Paris on line through this portal. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. No holdups in any form anywhere during any visit. This visit was very fulfilling and completely satisfying, mainly for history and culture lovers like both of us. I certainly recommend to use this portal for the bookings.

Museé D'Orsay queue was well organised but the information inside the venue was crap. Exhibitions, when finally found, were great however. The Louvre was an absolute nightmare - queuing was a joke - no information and very little information inside. Absolutely disgusting! Very expensive. Give it a miss! Not worth the bother - go to the British Museum or the Victoria Museum instead.

Hat alles gut geklappt, schneller Einlass, gute Organisation, freundliche Helfer, wunderbarer Museumstag!

Un edificio espléndido, pero más aún sus colecciones. El acceso es cómodo, el personal muy amable. Un detalle muy interesante es la existencia de taquillas automáticas y la prohibición de acceder con mochilas. Una muy buena decisión.
Las colecciones son extraordinarias. EL único problema es que hay muchas personas que buscan hacer una fotografía de cada obra, colocándose delante para hacer el disparo con el smartphone, pero con escaso interés por disfrutar de la obra. Ellos se lo pierden, pero resultan molestos porque tienes que abrirte paso a codazos cuando se trata de una de las obras de referencia.

El museo es muy bonito. Y creo que está muy bien la distribución de las piezas. Me encantó la parte de las pinturas de los impresionistas, desafortunadamente ya no pude llegar a ver la obra de Toulouse. Mucho menos gente que en el Louvre pero igual de significativo.

tres belle exposition

Die Wechselaussstellung war ausgebucht. Ich konnte mich bei Paris je t'aime auf eine Warteliste setzen lassen. 3 Tage später wurde ich zu meiner grossen Überraschung per e-mail erneut kontaktiert und konnte somit die Wechselausstellung trotzdem besuchen. Herzlichen Dank für diesen super Service :-)

Sommes enchantés de cette Exposition Gustave Caillebotte - et de la facilité d'en avoir eu des places alors qu'il nous était dit que c'était complet

On vous remercie de nous avoir permis d acceder sans fil d attente a la magnifique exposition de Caillebotte, nous avions vu 2 de ses tableaux au musee de Bougival il y a quelques annees, nous sommes maintenant comblès

C'est vraiment un superbe endroit, pour découvrir énormément d'expositions différentes.
Un vrai plaisir, d'autant plus que l'on peut s'y restaurer et/ou assister à des conférences.

J'étais ravie de pouvoir réserver la visite du Musée d'Orsay avec l'exposition Caillebotte inclus. Réservation simple et également beaucoup d'autres choix auprès de votre site. Je deviendrai avec plaisir pour d'autres réservations.

Beaucoup de monde devant les tableaux de Gustave Caillebotte. Visite intéressante. Services aux visiteurs bien adaptés. Pendant la visite, on est gêné par les sifflements des audios guides. Ensuite j'ai visité l'aile des Nabis et les salles des donateurs. Faible éclairage de fin de journée qui perturbe la lecture des cartels.

Réservation efficace avec une alarme dès qu'un billet a été disponible alors que les reservations sur le site du Musée lui- même étaient désormais indisponibles !
Très heureuse d'avoir pu voir l'expo Caillebotte grâce à votre site !
