The pâtissier and chocolatier Georges Larnicol, who took over the family business originally from Brittany, opened his third boutique in 2012 in Paris. Winner of the Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 1993, he bakes chocolates, macaroons, fudge, candy, not to mention his specialty, the "kouignette" which is a variant of aman kouign.
