Carrousel du Louvre

Located beneath the Louvre Museum, the Carrousel du Louvre – opened in 1993 – is a shopping centre hosting the biggest names in gifts and accessories, reflecting French excellence and art de vivre. Combining shopping and culture, this unique experience immerses visitors in an iconic Parisian heritage site, offering grandiose architecture, direct access to the Louvre Museum and the famous inverted pyramid, designed by Chinese-American architect Ieoh Ming Pei.

The reception staff are on hand to help and guide you on this unmissable tour of the capital and look forward to welcoming visitors and offering them a memorable experience: information requests, centralised tax refund service, lost property, etc. Please note that the Carrousel reception does not sell tickets for the Louvre Museum or other attractions.

Shopping centre opening hours: Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, 10am to 7pm; Tuesday, 11am to 6pm; Wednesday and Friday, 10am to 8pm. Carrousel du Louvre Reception opening hours: every day (except Tuesday), 11am to 7pm
