This restaurant done up like a contemporary art gallery serves uncommon fusion cuisine with Southeast Asian influences. As its name indicates, Ze Kitchen Gallery pays homage to artistic creativity, in the kitchen and out of it, and happily experiments with colours, flavours and ingredients. The restaurant is devoted in equal parts to food and art, and indeed to crossovers of the two. The speciality is anything it amuses the chef to experiment with. William Ledeuil, named best chef of the year in 2009 by the respected Gault & Millau guide, is strongly influenced by Asian cooking; as a result, the dishes served at Ze Kitchen Gallery are a subtle and unexpected blend of Asian and Western cooking.
