Opéra - Grands Boulevards
The Paris New York - or "PNY" - offers gastronomic burgers, exclusively prepared on site. The meat is from Brittany (the chefs Michel Rostang and Yannick Alléno buy their meat from the same farm in the Finistère), the burger buns are made in the Paris region and the chips are homemade. The end result is delicious. Three Parisian restaurants in total, and this address is in the lively 10th arrondissement.
