At the bar, the menu features creative signature cocktails inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean. The Alba combines rum, apricot, thyme, and wildflower honey; the Bosca blends blackcurrant, Amaro Montenegro, myrtle, pine, and sparkling wine. The great classics also have their place, but with a Néroli twist: fancy a Dry Martini or a Manhattan made with Corsican ingredients? It’s possible.
