Les Pères Populaires, in the 20th arrondissement near Nation, is a local bistro with an unusual look (second-hand sofa, school chairs, etc.) The atmosphere is laid-back and delicious fresh local cuisine is served at lunchtime. The rest of the time you can come for a drink, a coffee (€1!) or brunch (at the weekend). The prices are very affordable.
