Café Pyramide

Café Pyramide, located beneath Ieoh Ming Pei's famous Pyramid, embodies the spirit of the reinvented Parisian bistro. Michelin-starred chef Vivien Durand, with the complicity of Alain Ducasse, offers modern, creative and responsible French cuisine, featuring local and ethical products. Inspired by the Louvre's collections and its Basque terroir, the chef favors short circuits in the Île-de-France region, and offers recipes that are joyful, gourmet and respectful of the environment, with particular attention to meat reduction. The warm, contemporary atmosphere, imagined by architects Marguerite Cordelle and Maël Esnoux of Studiokokumi, combines stone, wood and linen to reflect the authenticity and sustainable commitment of the kitchen.

Disability

- Motor disability: car park with adapted reserved space(s), entrance on the same level or with a sloping surface, adapted collective toilet facilities equipped with a transfer bar and a washbasin with a hollowed-out lower part, restaurant room with aisles over 1.40 m wide and with tables allowing a person in a wheelchair to approach.
- Mental disability: trained/aware staff, signage that is easy to understand, legible, combined with pictograms, monitored entrance door, visible from reception/cash desk.
