Discover traditional cooking inspired by the famous Benoit restaurant, one of the last real Parisian bistros, at the Bistrot Benoit under the Pyramid in the Louvre Museum.
With interior decor featuring zinc and brass, woodwork and red velvet, Bistrot Benoit offers dishes typical of French know-how, with a contemporary style.
The staple dishes of a bistro menu are served by staff in white aprons and bow ties: Snail cassolette, poultry pâté with thyme, frog quenelles à la lyonnaise, traditional veal blanquette, baba au rhum, etc ....
To accompany these dishes, a carefully selected wine list.
