The Saint-Michel kiosk is part of a network of tourist information points set up within newspaper kiosks in Paris and Greater Paris in partnership with JCDecaux. The kiosk owners - who are supplied with specific signage - become ambassadors of the destination and provide information about the tourist attractions in the area. The Saint-Michel kiosk is located across from the Jardin du Luxembourg, a popular place for a stroll among visitors and Parisians alike. Large-format photographs are regularly displayed – and can be viewed free of cost – on the railings surrounding the garden. Visitors will enjoy the excellent cultural programme at the Musée du Luxembourg. The Pantheon, the Museum of Mineralogy and the Musée Curie are located nearby.
