The Gare du Nord kiosk is part of a network of tourist information points set up within newspaper kiosks in Paris and Greater Paris in partnership with JCDecaux. The kiosk owners - who are supplied with specific signage - become ambassadors of the destination and provide information about the tourist attractions in the area. The Gare du Nord kiosk is located opposite the busiest railway station in Europe, which sees 100 million passengers pass through each year. It is ideally located between Montmartre and the Grands Boulevards, easily accessible on foot or via the numerous transport links serving the station.
