The Invalides kiosk is part of a network of tourist information points set up within newspaper kiosks in Paris and Greater Paris in partnership with JCDecaux. The kiosk owners - who are supplied with specific signage - become ambassadors of the destination and provide information about the tourist attractions in the area. On one side, the Invalides kiosk is the starting point for a stroll in the Champ-de-Mars park, from where the Eiffel Tower is within easy reach. On the other, the Hôtel des Invalides houses the Musée de l'Armée, the Musée des Plans-Reliefs and the tomb of Napoleon I... The charming Rue Cler is just a stone's throw away.
