The Paris Games were all about inclusivity. The city is taking advantage of this event to speed up its accessibility programme, offer a more welcoming environment and give everyone access to everyday services.

Paris je t'aime audits for an ever more accessible Paris

To support this initiative, Paris je t’aime – Tourist Office conducted accessibility audits in tourist establishments throughout Greater Paris. These audits helped evaluate the accessibility offerings, assisted tourists with specific needs in planning their stays, and guided professionals in continuous improvement efforts. These accessibility audits remain available as open data on the Paris data website.

Paris Je T'aime – Accessibility "Hotline"

Paris je t’aime – Tourist Office has set up a dedicated telephone and e-mail service to inform and guide disabled visitors. Specialists are on hand to listen to and meet the needs of disabled visitors to facilitate their stay.

the Paris je t’aime app - Handicap

The new app developed by Paris je t'aime allows visitors to optimize their visit and invites them to discover Paris in a different way. Designed for mobile devices, in French and English, the Paris je t'aime App is the must-have accessory for visitors to Paris. This multifunctional tool lets you geolocate yourself and discover the tourist attractions around you, according to your interests.
**For visitors with disabilities, the Paris je t’aime App is available in an accessible version, offering a digital itinerary tailored to users with special needs. Information is pre-filtered by type of disability **

Go Turtle: Explore Paris all year round on board a bike cab for two people.
Caocao Mobility Paris: Responsible VTC application, with up to 6 passengers on board and perfectly adapted for people with reduced mobility.
