The Urban Trail supports respiratory health by offering a joint crossing of the Butte Montmartre, combining running or walking over 7 km and climbing 1,200 steps in aid of the Fondation du Souffle.

On Sunday, September 20, 2026, the Fondation du Souffle's Urban Trail invites you to climb up to the Sacré-Cœur, by running over 7 km with 1,200 steps - or walking over 3.5 km - to be completed in Montmartre. The 7th edition of this inter-generational event aims to raise awareness of the benefits of physical activity for respiratory health, with 100% of registrations donated to research. Participants gather at the foot of Sacré-Cœur, enjoy a unique urban experience on the cobblestones of the capital and support an essential cause.
The start is in Square Nadar, and the finish in Parvis du Sacré Cœur. Numbers can be collected the day before, between 10am and 6pm, in front of the Jardin du Luxembourg gates, on Place André Honnorat.
Village opens at 9:30 am. Race and walk start at 11 a.m. Event ends at 1:30 p.m.
