A festive and artistic fancy-dress evening in the Hall of Mirrors of the Palace of Versailles, recreating the atmosphere of the royal court

Once the day's visitors have left, dive into the heart of the 18th century at the Fêtes Galantes, an exceptional evening organised at the Palace of Versailles. Dressed in period costume, guests are welcomed with a glass of champagne in the Marble Court before strolling freely through the State Apartments. The evening is punctuated by baroque dance demonstrations in the Salon d'Hercule, dance lessons and a ball - from 11 p.m. - in the Hall of Mirrors, as well as theatrical sketches enlivening the emblematic parts of the palace. Guided tours of the private apartments of the King, the ladies-in-waiting and Madame de Pompadour, as well as concerts of baroque and sacred music, complete this unique evening in the refined world of the court of the Sun King. The evening ends with a spectacular firework display set off from the gardens, offering participants an unforgettable experience.
