The Bridge

From 13 July to 27 August 2026

A Dialogue Between Paris and Los Angeles Through Sports, Dance, and Urban Cultures

“The Bridge,” serving as a bridge between the 2024 Paris Olympic Games and the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games, offers a unique experience in the Marais. From July 13 to August 27, 2026, this large-scale project led by ElliA Gallery in close collaboration with the Hip-Hop Paris Museum will bring the Rue de Turenne to life with creative and immersive experiences blending art, sports, and Franco-American lifestyle. On the program: a film club screening cult documentaries on urban cultures, hip-hop, and the history of graffiti; DJ sets; hip-hop dance and fitness workshops; and exhibitions centered on art and movement, such as “Dualité” by artist Xavier de Nauw, featuring portraits of icons; “Hip Hop Mags” and its photo and video archives; performances and introductory sessions such as parkour; hands-on DJing, Double Dutch, and T-shirt screen-printing sessions… A participatory pop-up called “Raconte ton spot!” also features an interactive map linking Paris to hip-hop museums in New York and Compton to permanently cement this unique cultural alliance.
